Viviana Montenegro-Addo

Viviana M. Addo was born in Cologne, Germany, raised in Cali, Colombia, and based in New York City for over 20 years.

The former brokerage and finance executive has a decade of practical, world-reaching assets and investment experience to complement her scholarship on the international real estate front. Receiving her education from the vanguard of the business, Addo holds a master’s degree in Real Estate Finance and Investment from New York University Schack Institute of Real Estate (2019). Before her graduate degree, Addo led a team at the firm Cushman and Wakefield where she managed the New York-Presbyterian Hospital’s real estate portfolio. Reporting and reviewing processes for the asset services team’s senior associates and upper management were her chief duties. Similar employment in Chicago and various Latin American property and development agencies have shaped Mrs. Addo’s peripatetic worldview.

Viviana is an asset management and acquisitions associate at LDG. Her aim is to help maximize profitability and enhance property values, all while mitigating risks portfolio-wide. She is selective and highly detailed by nature and equipped with expert education and a passion for providing sustainable and affordable housing for the New York community.

In early 2021, Viviana launched her podcast Growing Cities. The podcast series seeks to bring together a diverse array of progressive dwellers who envision a greater future for cities across the globe.”
