To maintain our competitive advantage in the marketplace, LDG has incorporated sustainable green building practices and components in our projects leading to healthy, efficient, and environmentally responsible buildings. Through a collaborative effort with energy and environmental consultants, we have addressed current greening standards related, but not limited to, water, energy, and fuel efficiencies. LDG works in conjunction with the organizations to the right on our “greening process” and applies a holistic approach to green affordable housing that enhances quality of the building and quality of life for the tenants.

Asset Management

Lemor Development Group’s Asset Management (AM) team assumes oversight responsibilities for completed projects. Our focus is on long-term stability and efficiency of our projects while monitoring property performance, maximizing property revenues, mitigating risk and promoting valuable improvements. AM provides strategy, direction and oversight in an effort to maximize top line revenues and to ensure appropriated cost control measures are achieved. We accomplish this by undertaking market research, data analysis, and revenue forecasting with respect to the properties under management.

LDG partners with Metropolitan Properties Services. Metropolitan oversees day-to-day operations of the portfolio, through maintenance, preferences, goals, asset status, and the completion of periodic financial reports.
